Can I splice a USB micro with a 3.5 mm headphone Jack?
I currently have a headset with a microphone, it is a TRS , and by that I mean it's stereo ( so it's one channel for microphone and one for speaker). And I want it to have a USB micro end instead of a 3.5mm head phone Jack. So it can fit into my motorola phone (it's a krzr k1 if that helps). Any ideas? A tutorial would really help.
Your 3.5mm jack is an analog connection. Your USB micro is a digital connection. You can't just wire them together. And BTW, one channel for mic and one for speaker does not a stereo connection make, it's 2 mono connections.
